Another province of China introduced the 144-hour visa-free regime for transit tourists.

In the Chinese province of Guangdong, a visa-free regime on 1 hours was introduced for transit tourists from 144 countries, including from Russia, from 53 in May.
In addition to the Russians, the citizens of Great Britain, France, Germany, USA, Australia, Japan and some others can use the innovation. You must show a ticket with confirmed dates to third countries and then stay in the province without a visa until 144 hours.
The rules are valid at three airports in the region - Baiyun (Guangzhou), Baoan (Shenzhen) and Chaoshan (Jieyang).

It must be recalled that since 2013, the Chinese authorities have introduced 72-hour visa-free transit for transit tourists in 18-ti cities of the country. The term of a visa-free stay was later increased to 144 hours in cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shijiazhuang, Shenyang and several others.
