For now it is possible. We carry daily. Naturally - to a specially trained border crossing with specially trained personnel 
But this does not mean that, like 10 years ago, you can be stamped as many times as you like. Guaranteed to get a stamp on the following 30 days is possible under the following conditions:
- No more than 3 stamps during the year, counting and received upon arrival at the airport;
- No beast oversteys! That is, the 3 of the day is allowed, but a longer period is highly undesirable;
- Russian citizenship.
If you have a clean passport in terms of the absence of permanent departures from Thailand and entrances back, there is no need for any visas to Thailand during the current year - why not.
