| The famous Russian low-cost airline “Pobeda” has been granted access to flights to Thailand - now it will be able to take flights from this airline at the Utapao military airport (the nearest airport to the Thai resort of Pattaya). In addition, the airline "Victory" will be able to fly to the Chinese island of Hainan.
Appropriate tolerances "Victory" issued the Federal Air Transport Agency.
According to a document published on the website of this agency, Pobeda Airlines can open three flights a week from Novosibirsk to Sanya (Hainan) and vice versa. And also four times a week fly from Novosibirsk to Utapao (Pattaya) and back.
Also, "Victory" can fly three times a week from Krasnoyarsk to Utapao and vice versa.
The opening dates of these flights have not yet been announced.
