|The accident took place as early as the morning of September 22 2019. An 35-year-old Russian citizen was reportedly found dead at the Sea Breeze Jomtien near 6: 30 in the morning, with severe damage to his head, arms and legs. Injuries were caused by a fall from a height.
Pattaya police and rescuers examined Building B at Sea Breeze Jomtien after receiving reports of fatal injuries. At the time of the fall, only the underwear was on the deceased.
Hotel staff said that they did not hear the sounds of a fight and did not observe other signs of a quarrel. So far, the police have managed to find only one witness to the incident. Allegedly, before the fall, the man was in a hotel room with two other Russians. An 18-year-old Thai man told police that the men met that very evening. The witness was shocked to learn about the death of this man. It was he who informed the police that the deceased came to Pattaya to practice Thai boxing.
According to police officers, the deceased man left the hotel room on the balcony, from which there was a fall.
The body was transported to the Banglamung hospital, the Russian embassy will inform the relatives of the deceased.
