A pickup collided with a motorcycle and crashed into an electric pole on the Sukhumvit highway in Pattaya. The citizen of Russia, a native of Tyumen Sergey Ganoev was driving the car.
The accident occurred on the evening of February 25 2019. According to eyewitnesses to an accident, a pickup truck at high speed crashed into a motorcycle that was leaving the parking lot between the Outlet Mall and Tesco Lotus shopping centers on the Sukhumvit highway, heading towards the intersection with Teprazit street on the U-turn. The car hit a motorcycle and crashed into an electric pole.
The driver and passenger of the motorcycle were hospitalized with serious injuries, one of the victims subsequently died. The driver of the pickup Sergey Ganoev was blocked in the car, the arrived rescuers helped him out, the man was not much hurt.
Police will view the recordings from surveillance cameras located in the accident area to determine the cause of the accident.
