| In Thailand, more than 20 Chinese tourists saved a sinking boat. The captain of the overturned boat fled, imperceptibly leaving the scene of the accident, and was apparently picked up by some of the fishing vessels in the area, as the police surrendered ashore in the afternoon in the Rayong province, the newspaper reported. Two tourists who received minor injuries were taken to the provincial hospital, where they were provided with necessary medical care, the report said. The police opened a case on suspicion of careless navigation, which created a danger to the life and health of the passengers of the vessel. The police checks the license and other necessary documents from the company that owns the overturned boat, reports the publication.
