Hua Hin authorities finally decided to protect their tourists from sharks. According to Thai media, Hua Hin authorities finally decided on who should be responsible for installing a protective network on Sai Noi beach, where 5 months ago, a Norwegian tourist suffered from shark attacks.

The incident occurred in mid-April. Now Werner Danielsen has already returned to Norway. The treatment at the Thai hospital cost him hundreds of thousands of baht. Local authorities paid only part of the bills.

After the incident with the Norwegian on the beach Sai Noi, they simply installed buoys and posters warning of the risk of shark attack. The authorities did not know what to do, as there had never been anything like this in Thailand before.

As a result, after nearly six months, the Hua Hin administration finally decided to take measures to protect tourists and went bankrupt on 400 thousand baht to install the 300-meter network.

The installation of the security network began on September 20 and was completed within 5 days.
