 If you need to extend your vacation in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period of 30 calendar days, then a border-run (visa-run) to Cambodia is one of the best solutions!

Border run to Cambodia - What to expect

 The service is carried out as follows. You will be picked up from the car park of Lotus KFC near On Nut BTS station (look map below) by a comfortable air-con minibus. You take the shortest route from Bangkok to Thailand-Cambodia border. This is not a tour, so nothing will be said by the guide along the way. One stop is made, during which you can go to the nearest 7/11, smoke, drink coffee. The distance from Bangkok to border crossing with Cambodia is 300 km and the travel time passes unnoticed. The minibus is comfortable enough, has a large distance between the seats and you can even take a nap.

 At the border, you do not fill out any forms, the staff will take care. Your task is only to provide the original passport, immigration card (if you have it), and sign the application form for a Cambodian visa. And also, personally pass the border control and check out from Thailand.

 You can go to local Duty Free and buy alcohol, cigarettes (without violating customs regulations). In the meantime, a Cambodian visa will be stamped into your passport. The group leave Cambodia and enter Thailand. At passport control you get the new entry stamp and go back to Bangkok.

 Also, we have the possibility to go as accompanying person. For instance, if children go together with parents but do not need to cross border and get new stamp (under 14 y.o.). It this case the price will be significantly lower.
