Trip to Phnom Penh from Thailand

  A sightseeing air tour to the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, takes 2 days. Can be made from Pattaya, Hua Hin and Bangkok.
  We will begin our acquaintance with Phnom Penh at the place where the city was founded, this is the Wat Phnom hill (the intersection of names is not accidental, the word "Phnom" means "Hill"). On the hill lives a spirit - the patron saint of the city, and in the ancient temple there is a statue of Mother Stump, who turned the village in the swamps into a lively capital. Tiger spirits also live there, “snacking” your bad karma. In general, a very interesting place!
  Next, we move to Riverside - to the Royal Palace. We will see the Moonlight Pavilion, the Throne Hall, the Silver Pagoda, a 604-meter-long fresco - an illustration to the Ramayana, a monument to King Norodom the First, Napoleon's house and rustic pile houses (the exhibition allows you to understand how the King lives and how his subjects live).
  At the exit from the palace we will be met by pedicabs (this type of transport is still available here and is called “cyclo” in the French manner). They will take us to the Independence Monument and then to the pier. We will once again change the type of transport - we will have a boat ride along the Mekong River at sunset.
