 Koh Samed is definitely the second most visited island not too far from Pattaya City. The first place steadily holds Coral Island, or Koh Larn. Because it is located within the shortest distance of Pattaya. But this is where all the advantages end. If you want to visit a real tropical island, but do not spend a lot of time on the move - Samet Island is your choice!

 Koh Samet (some people speak - Koh Samed) is known for the fact that there is fine white coral sand, very clean sea, quiet lagoons with clear water. And by the way - Koh Samet is located relatively close to civilization. Koh Samet is a national park, there are preserved forests with rich flora and fauna. There is a Buddhist monastery on the island.

 Every day from Pattaya organized tour groups starts to Ao Pai Beach, one of the best on Koh Samed. There is white sand and surprisingly clear water. At the beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas where you can relax, unwind, sunbathe. During the day, you can just sunbathe, and you can spend time on water activities, as the beach has wonderful conditions for practicing water sports.

 Right behind the beach there are restaurants where you can have a tasty lunch (lunch can included in the price of the program), and you can order soft drinks or spirits. There are also shops with the most necessary beach equipment.

Koh Samed package details

Between 07:20 and 08:00 in the morning, you will be picked up from Pattaya hotel by air-conditioned minibus. At 10:00 we already get Ban Phe - remote pier from where the ferry to the island is carried out. Transfer by speedboat. At 10:30 we arrive directly at Ao Pai beach. Entrance to Koh Samet is paid, but the fee for the national park is included in the tour price. The staff pays for you to enter the territory of the national park, distributes comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas and free time is provided until 13:00.

 If you included lunch in the tour price, then from 13:00 to 13:45 you will have lunch (usually - rice soup, fried rice with chicken, shrimps or pork to choose from, non-alcoholic drinks). Of course, having your own lunch is not a problem here.

After lunch - from 13:45 and up to 16:00 you will have free time.

 In 16:00 - 16:20 speed boat takes you straight from Ao Pai Beach and delivers to Ban Phe pier in 20 minutes. At 17:00 tour group starts to Pattaya on the same minibus that you brought in the morning. At 18:30 return to your hotel/condo in Pattaya.
