Angkor & Phnom Kulen guided tour from Pattaya
This exclusive program from Pattaya to Cambodia - the closest state to the Kingdom of Thailand, is not currently a mass. Because trip is designed for a more "advanced" level of travelers. For those who have already been in Cambodia. For instance - have seen the Small Circle of Angkor temples. Or for those who would like a richer two-day excursion, without "traditional" Siem Reap sightseeing program on the first day. Therefore, tour program of the second day will be more individual.
As you can see, guided tour "Angkor and Phnom Kulen" from Pattaya - has two varieties that differ in price. The program of tours to Angkor temples and in Phnom Kulen National Park while no different. The difference is only in accommodation and meals:
- There are two options to choose hotel. Between 3* hotel and 4* hotel (both with a pool). Strictly speaking, between these hotels the only difference is in comfort of rooms, other conditions are about the same. When ordering a tour, you can choose either of two options. It should only be noted that option with 3* hotel is the most popular one.
- If you choose an option with 3* hotel, then the cost will include 3 meals (breakfast and two lunches). When choosing an option with 4* hotel, price included full board (two lunches, dinner and breakfast). Traditionally, buffet dinner is held in the restaurant of Cambodian national cuisine, with a view of the famous show "Apsara".

What is the Phnom Kulen National Park
This is a huge national park (reserve) in Cambodia. In which the following objects of natural and historical heritage are located: the Temple of a reclining Buddha, the Thousand Lingas River, a very beautiful waterfall 18 meters in height, the ruins of an ancient city and a village of local residents.
Temple of the reclining Buddha. At the top of the mountain, a statue of Buddha in a recumbent pose is hollowed out of a rock. When this statue was discovered, the place was recognized as sacred and a Buddhist temple was built nearby.
It is believed that there are two waterfalls in this national park. However, the old-timers argue that in fact there are three. The first one is quite small, with the height of the 3 water drop meter. The second is already 18-meter and you can walk to it along a mountain path. Of course, you just need to swim here! But the third waterfall is up to 80 meters and is inaccessible because it is located in an impassable tropical forest.
The current temple was built at the foot of the rock, close to the statue of the reclining Buddha. Locals often come to pray here. Subject to the dress code, anyone can visit and view this temple.
Several villages inhabited by local residents are scattered throughout the national park. A lot of small shops and markets with local souvenirs are working and accessible for tourists. There you can eat deliciously in local cafes and restaurants, the cuisine is predominantly Cambodian.
The ruins of ancient city. There is a version that it is here - on Mount Koulen, the once great Khmer Empire was born! This is evidenced by the few ruins of old temples discovered here, which are located in the jungle of Phnom Kulen national park.
Thousand Lingam Creek
It is real "The Place of Power," in Phnom Kulen National Park! The river of Thousand Lingas (also known as CREEK of Thousand Lingams). In very ancient times, based on Hindu culture, the bottom of this stream was carved by sacred symbols - Lingas. They embody the masculine principle. The water flowing over Lingams, according to belief, became sacred. Up to the present, this place is considered sacred, revered and is a famous tourist object of Phnom Kulen reserve.
