Diving courses - the beginning
PADI Open Water Diver Course - undoubtedly the most famous diving training program. It includes three points: a theoretical course, classes in the pool, diving in open water. Instructors conduct a theoretical course right on the ship on the way to the dive site, between dives and when the ship returns to Pattaya. Training takes place, as they say - live. And, of course, in Pattaya there is a great opportunity to conduct classes in open water. While classes will be held, you will not only develop the skills necessary to successfully complete the course, but you will be able to discover something new for yourself during each dive.
To complete the course you need to have 3 to 4 days. Keep this in mind when planning your vacation. The schedule is made individually, taking into account your wishes. For example, there is absolutely no need to do 4 for a day. You can take a break and go on some other excursions, and then continue the course. It should be noted that the minimum student age is 10 years. In principle, you can take a course with any group of friends, even the whole family! Upon completion of the course, you pass the exam and receive a PADI Open Water Diver certificate. What does this give? For example, you have the opportunity to dive in any country of the world without the direct participation of an instructor, with discounts and for more complex programs than allowed by non-certified amateur divers. Each certificate has its own unique number, which is easily checked via the Internet, and even if for some reason you forget the certificate at home when you go on your next vacation, it will be enough for someone to send the certificate number via e-mail, via SMS or dictate it by phone. For a divemaster who will work with you, it’s five minutes to check your level. And if you want, you can continue your studies by participating in special PADI courses or proceed to the next PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.
