You are sympathetic to the fact that at the last moment you decided to abandon the trip. For example, the day before the trip to the military beach the weather began to deteriorate, it started to rain. We just moved the trip to another, no problem, penalties, etc.

I would like a clear system of bonuses (discounts), for example, "order excursions with us for such a sum, or such a quantity, and as a gift you will get a discount or a free trip." You have it and so, I just would like it to be directly written on the site.

PS The work of the guide Helena was not very pleased, they were with her several times. For example, in the zoo, I wanted to hear more information about the animals themselves, and not just "here we have these, here we have these, go take a look." But apparently, the favorite topic for any conversation is the loving nature of the Thais, their negative attitude towards tourists (as they denounce us, as we sell goods to us more than the Thais themselves, etc.) But this is already a subjective opinion.

We rested in Thailand for New Year holidays, from 29.12.17 to 07.01.18. The company "7 Countries" ordered transfers from Bangkok airport to Pattaya, from Pattaya to Bangkok, and 3 excursions: to the River Kwai, Discovery tour with a canyon and Koh Chang Strike on 3 of the day.
